Reservations Conditions:

• Prices quoted are per person
• Full payment is required within 30 days before the beginning of the tour.
• The fee for cancellation by client is as follows:
  • 30-7 days prior to departure: 50%
  • From the 6th day prior to departure and during the tour: 100%
• If Accessible Portugal cancels the tour for any reason the client will receive full refund.
• Before payment we will send you an E-mail with the Pre-invoice.
• The payment can be made by international bank transfer to the following bank account:

• The bank transfer costs will be supported by the client.
• After payment, we will send you the invoice for the tour and bank confirmation of your payment.

Reservations Conditions for overnight Tours:

• Prices quoted are per person, based on double occupancy.
• Single supplements apply when not sharing accommodation.
• 20 % deposit required on booking.
• Full payment is required within 30 days before the beginning of the trip.
• The fee for cancellation by client is as follows:
  • Up to 30 days prior to departure: 20% (the value of the deposit)
• 30-7 days prior to departure: 50%
• From the 6th day prior to departure and during the tour: 100%
• If Accessible Portugal cancels the tour for any reason the client will receive full refund
• If any proposed accommodation of our program will be fully booked when you book our tour, we guarantee another accommodation similar in quality and charm.
• The tour will take place as described in our website on this invoice’s date.
• The deposit and full payment can be made by international bank transfer to the following bank account:
